2. Pinterest API & Third-Party Disclaimer

revunow uses the Pinterest API to enable users to connect their Pinterest accounts and publish pins on their behalf. Our Service is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by Pinterest, Inc. Pinterest is a registered trademark of Pinterest, Inc.

When you connect your Pinterest account, you authorize revunow to access certain Pinterest account data through the Pinterest API, including but not limited to your Pinterest user ID, username, boards, and the ability to create pins on your behalf. We only access the data necessary to provide the Service.

3. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

• Account information: Pinterest user ID, username, and OAuth access/refresh tokens when you connect your Pinterest account.
• Content you upload: Images, filenames, and associated metadata that you submit for pin creation.
• Generated content: AI-generated pin titles, descriptions, keywords, alt text, and board assignments.
• Publish history: Records of pins published through the Service, including pin IDs, board names, timestamps, and status.
• Technical data: Basic server logs (e.g., IP address, browser type, request timestamps) for security and debugging purposes.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Authenticate your Pinterest account via OAuth
• Analyze uploaded images and generate SEO-optimized pin content
• Publish pins to your Pinterest boards at your direction
• Maintain publish history and application settings
• Improve and maintain the Service

We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell your personal information.

5. Pinterest-Derived Data & No Resale Policy

Any data obtained through the Pinterest API ("Pinterest-derived data") is used solely to provide the Service to you. We do not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise make Pinterest-derived data available to third parties, except as required to operate the Service (e.g., transmitting pin content to Pinterest when you publish) or as required by law.

We do not share Pinterest content or Pinterest-derived data with data brokers, advertising networks, or unrelated third parties.

6. Disconnecting Your Pinterest Account & Data Deletion

You may disconnect your Pinterest account at any time by revoking revunow's access in your Pinterest account settings.

When you disconnect your Pinterest account, we will:

• Immediately delete your Pinterest OAuth access and refresh tokens from our systems
• Delete your stored Pinterest user ID and username within 30 days
• Retain uploaded images and generated content only if you have active content in the Service; you may request full deletion by contacting us (see Section 9)

Pinterest-derived data that is no longer needed to provide the Service will be deleted within 30 days of disconnection. Publish history records may be retained in anonymized form for internal analytics unless you request deletion.

7. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted at rest. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you request deletion of your data, we will remove it within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
